Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, chillers, air compressors, and general facility infrastructure. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine efficiency and safety.
Requires a high school diploma and proven experience in manufacturing maintenance, with a preference for technical or vocational training. Must be proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a fast-paced environment.
This position must have the ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Injection Molding Machines, ancillary equipment such as chillers and air compressors, and general facility maintenance. The maintenance technician will act as an integral member of the production team and will share direct responsibility for downtime and efficiencies.
