Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición TECNICO DE OPERACIONES SENIOR (TERCER TURNO) para Ethicon en Ciudad Juarez.
Propósito: El técnico de Operaciones es responsable de mantener los equipos de la compañía en óptimas condiciones con el fin de cubrir las necesidades de producir producto de excelente Calidad de acuerdo con las expectativas de J&J. Estas condiciones óptimas de los equipos serán logradas a través de realizar los mantenimientos preventivos apropiados dentro del tiempo requerido, así como el de corregir fallas que en su momento deberán ser incluidas dentro del mantenimiento preventivo. El técnico de operaciones es también responsable de identificar oportunidades de mejora con el fin de hacer más eficientes los equipos de su unidad de negocios y reducir la cantidad de tiempo muerto de los mismos. Estas mejoras deberán ser debidamente revisadas, documentadas y validadas con ayuda del ingeniero de procesos.

Cualificaciones / Requisitos:
EDUCACION: Certificado de Bachillerato requerido. Estudios en Carrera Técnica o equivalente aplicable al área: Mecánico; Eléctrico; Electromecánico; Electrónico; Metrología; Instrumentista.
EXPERIENCIA: Conocimientos y Habilidades para desarrollar satisfactoriamente las responsabilidades del puesto 4 a 6 años de experiencia relacionada al puesto.
