The operator is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of Dynomate/Connector machinery while meeting production quotas. Key duties include performing quality inspections, recording scrap, and ensuring products are properly packaged and labeled.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of manufacturing experience. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and flexibility to work 10-hour shifts, including overtime and weekends, is required.

The Dynomate/Connector Machine Operators primary function is to ensure the setup, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery.
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $18.00– $22.00 /hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.
Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 10 days paid time off, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
