The Automation Engineer will develop, deliver, and commission process control systems and solutions for industrial customers. They will also provide lifecycle support, modify existing control strategies, and assist with process optimization projects.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in an engineering or computer science discipline and possess 3-7 years of relevant experience with DeltaV control systems. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and United States citizenship are required.

General Description
The successful candidate will be a significant contributor on our Project Execution Team. The Automation Engineer will work in the development, delivery, and commissioning of state-of-the-art process control systems and solutions for R.E. Mason’s industrial customers. R.E. Mason uses the technologies provided by Emerson – DeltaV Distributed Control System (“DeltaV”), Asset Management System (AMS) and other Emerson solutions.
The Automation Engineer will also provide aftermarket (“Lifecycle”) and staff augmentation support to customers. Typically, this includes modifying existing control strategies, implementing small scale expansion projects and assisting with process optimization projects.
