Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing, is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team and drive high-impact campaigns across leading social platforms.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead large-scale, multi-channel campaigns that reach millions of users worldwide. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget performance marketing campaigns across multiple social platforms
• Set KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of performance targets
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Mentor, and support a team of social user acquisition managers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, content, and creative teams to ensure alignment and drive growth
• Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging media opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) from a university – required
• Preferred fields of study include: Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, PPE (Philosophy, Politics & Economics), or Engineering. 
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns on one of the leading social platforms is required.
• Facebook – mandatory. Experience with TikTok and Demand Gen and LinkedIn – an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including Claude, building custom Skills, working with Meta and Google MCP integrations, and creating dashboards.
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong execution skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High proficiency in English – both written and spoken

Bonus Points

• Experience in fast-paced, data-driven performance marketing environments
• Familiarity with attribution tools and user journey analysis
• Passion for building and scaling user acquisition strategies from scratch
