Lead business process transformation by integrating data, Salesforce, and AI technologies to optimize operational workflows. Design and implement automations, predictive models, and system integrations while ensuring data quality across platforms.
Requires 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Flows and configuration. Candidates must be proactive autodidacts fluent in both Polish and English with a strong background in data analysis.
