Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional VIP Guest Relations Supervisor to join our luxury exclusive sports club in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing and managing the VIP guest experience, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met
Supervising and training the VIP guest relations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance VIP member satisfaction and retention
Serving as the primary point of contact for VIP members, addressing their queries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently
Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery for VIP guests
Organising and overseeing exclusive events and experiences for VIP members
Managing VIP membership programmes, including benefits, privileges, and loyalty initiatives
Conducting regular quality checks and audits to maintain the highest standards of service
Handling sensitive situations and resolving complex issues with diplomacy and professionalism
Analysing feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
Ensuring compliance with club policies, local regulations, and industry standards
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted communications and promotions for VIP members
Maintaining accurate records of VIP preferences, interactions, and special requirements
Preparing and presenting regular reports on VIP guest satisfaction, retention, and revenue metrics
Staying abreast of luxury hospitality trends and implementing innovative practices to enhance the VIP guest experience
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or high-end customer service roles
Proven track record of 2+ years in a supervisory role within VIP or guest relations
Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy
Proficiency in CRM systems and luxury hospitality management software
In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality trends and best practices
Experience in event planning and execution for high-profile clients
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proven track record in developing and implementing guest satisfaction strategies
Strong analytical skills for interpreting guest feedback and service metrics
Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture and etiquette is a plus
Certification in luxury hospitality management or related field is preferred
