Design and implement operational models and service management solutions for major clients based on the Swisscom Best-Practice Framework. Act as the primary liaison between sales, technical architects, and operations to ensure complex requirements are met during the bid and implementation phases.
Requires a university degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics and several years of professional experience with ITIL and ICT solutions. Proficiency in German, English, and French is required, along with strong skills in process engineering and management-level communication.
You design operational models based on the requirements of our major clients, utilizing the Swisscom Best-Practice Framework for Service Management. You are involved during the offer phase when requirements in Service Operations Management exceed Swisscom standards. As part of the bid process, you are responsible for the development, design, and implementation of the overall operational solution with complex requirements. You occasionally implement the solutions you developed in the Service Management sub-project. You confidently present your concepts and operational performances to clients and internally at the management level. You serve as the liaison between sales, Solution Architects (Technical Responsibility), and the Operations and Service Management organizations.
