As a Technical Program Manager II, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing and coordinating complex, cross-functional programs with multiple projects, fostering organizational change, process improvements, or technological advancements.
Providing strategic guidance to teams and stakeholders, anticipating challenges through scenario planning, and mitigating potential issues to meet objectives.
Developing successful partnerships with IT, product and program stakeholders across the organization
Evolving operational frameworks and standardizing program management practices to align with organizational requirements.
Generating regular status updates, preparing executive briefs, and presenting complex technical information or risk considerations clearly to executive leadership.
Exhibiting a proactive ownership mindset by independently driving projects from start to finish, including coordinating resources, schedules, and addressing obstacles.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a High School / Bachelor's degree in Technical, Business, alongside demonstrated experience in effectively managing and completing intricate technical initiatives
Possess extensive technical program management expertise, including marketing knowledge, with a minimum of eight of experience in the field.
Show expertise using enterprise project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet) to monitor milestones and enhance program workflows.
Demonstrate a deep, practical understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to effectively manage complex technical dependencies and optimize delivery workflows
Possess experience in Identifying and managing project dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestones
Be able to translate complex technical jargon and system architecture constraints into clear, actionable business impacts for senior stakeholders
Have good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills needed to work across global constituencies
