Maintenance Supervisor – Your future position?

As the Maintenance Supervisor of the Fragrance & Beauty Division in our Changzhou site, you will ensure production equipment reliability, drive continuous improvement, and build a sustainable technical talent pipeline.

You will

• Lead the team to perform daily troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation & control systems to ensure smooth operation of production. Conduct regular equipment inspections and drive improvement initiatives to continuously reduce downtime.
• Manage the team to utilize the system for planning and executing preventive maintenance, ensuring all production equipment, instruments, and control systems keep in good condition.
• Oversee spare parts and inventory management through the maintenance system, ensuring critical equipment spares are accurately tracked and sufficiently stocked
• Identify and eliminate quality and safety risks during daily work, ensuring full compliance with EHS standards and risk assessment methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to achieve cost savings and productivity gains, and ensure the team meets assigned KPIs.
• Develop team members' technical skills and teamwork capabilities through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve weak points in equipment performance.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Your professional profile includes

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrument & Control Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within the chemical, food, flavour/fragrance, or process manufacturing industry.
• Proven hands-on expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Solid understanding of EHS standards and risk assessment tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience integrating or leading multi-disciplinary technician teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing abilities across functions
• Strong technical background in electrical, instrumentation, and automation disciplines.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (able to read technical manuals, write reports, and communicate with global suppliers)
• Good command in MS Office and SAP basics
