Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from trial production planning to mass production and shipment. Manage the entire product lifecycle, including Engineering Change (EC) activities, resource allocation, and project closure.
Requires a bachelor's degree and over 5 years of project management experience, preferably with a PMP certification and NPI expertise. Experience in cleaning appliances or air compressors and English proficiency are preferred.

岗位职责： 1. 主导产品NPI导入，从试产计划/NPI Kick-off 会议到试产和出货的整体活动。负责整体NPI计划的协调、沟通以及试产资源协调，保证产品按计划进入量产； 2. 能够深入一线，协同各单位完成试产问题改善，量产前期交付以及流程的持续优化； 3. 以产品为拉动调配相关厂内资源满足产品开发进度和上市计划； 4. 参与产品全生命周期管理，主导EC相关的工厂活动和EC的管理，跟进导入进度和执行落地，以及项目的EOL和收尾工作； 5. 主导量产准入以及项目组织过程资产整理、归档。 6.领导安排的其他工作 任职资格： 1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限，5年以上项目经理工作经验，； 2. 持有PMP证书优先，有新品导入NPI项目管理经验，熟悉工厂计划，供应链，生产，质量工作； 3. 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能承受较大的工作压力； 4、有清洁工具或清洁电器或清洗机或空压机等产品经历者优先； 5、英文能口语交流，能够适应出差者优先。
