The Sustaining Engineering Supervisor leads sustaining engineering activities and provides technical guidance to a team within the busbar division. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, improve product quality, and manage engineering change processes.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and possess at least 5 years of experience in product design or sustaining engineering. Proficiency in 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes are essential for this role.
