The Engineering Administrator provides daily administrative and coordination support to the Busbar engineering team, including project setup and documentation management. Responsibilities also include maintaining production trackers, assisting with shipping requests, and organizing project files.
Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with the MS Office suite. An administrative background is required, and experience with Oracle or IFS systems is considered a plus.

As team Administrator you will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the engineering team. The position focuses on assisting with project setup, documentation, system updates, and general administrative tasks to help ensure the Busbar team runs smoothly
Archive closed project documentation in line with company procedures.
Ability to work well as part of a team and manage routine tasks independently.
