The Associate Director will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, serving as their primary point of contact while delivering professional service. They are also responsible for identifying new business opportunities and providing mentorship to colleagues within the corporate and specialty teams.
Candidates must have a background in insurance with experience managing a corporate book and hold a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – General Insurance. Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills are essential for success in this role.

About the Role
As an Associate Director, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact. You’ll deliver professional, accurate, and efficient service, ensuring our clients’ needs are met and exceeded. In addition to nurturing existing relationships, you’ll proactively identify opportunities to grow your portfolio and bring in new business. You will collaborate and work closely with the business and wider corporate and specialty teams.
