USESI is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee lighting and gear projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will partner with internal and external teams, direct junior staff (including Project Coordinators), and exercise discretion in resolving issues and improving project outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent problem-solving and financial analysis skills, capable of balancing customer satisfaction with business profitability. This role requires strategic thinking, initiative, and the ability to improve processes that contribute to the company's long-term success.
