The role involves servicing existing accounts and developing new business within an assigned territory through daily in-person interactions. Responsibilities also include monitoring monthly collections and maintaining personal stock inventory.
The ideal candidate must reside within the specified territory covering several Pennsylvania counties. They must be capable of conducting cold calls and interacting with various stakeholders from mechanics to corporate purchasing departments.

Terminal Supply Company provides superior MRO parts and service for 60 years. Industries we serve include but not limited to truck, trailer, and heavy equipment repair. Fleet and municipality service and repair as well as vehicle up-fitting and modification. We supply full lines of terminals, wire, electrical components, fasteners, lighting, safety products and hydraulic power fittings and hose. We also provide custom cable and wire harness assemblies to specialty vehicle manufacturers and many other customers.
This route is an established territory. Guaranteed monthly compensation is provided for the first 2 years with commission, from then our sales representatives become 100% commissioned. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance programs, 401(k) with company profit sharing and wellness program.

Terminal Supply Company, founded in 1966, is a Michigan-based leader in Electrical MRO supplies for the Heavy-Duty Equipment and Truck & Trailer industries. What began in the trunk of a 1964 Plymouth has grown into a company with over 250 employees, stocking facilities in Troy (Detroit), Chicago, Cleveland, Minneapolis, St. Louis, and Louisiana, and a fleet of 40+ locally stocked vans. In the late 1990s, we launched TSC Manufacturing to deliver top-tier custom cable assemblies and wire harnesses. From small batches of pigtails and jumpers, the division has expanded to two dedicated facilities in Troy, Michigan (2008 and 2021). In 2023, Terminal Supply expanded into Mexico, boosting both capacity and workforce to enhance our competitive edge.
