The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control while ensuring safety and productivity goals are met. They are responsible for coaching warehouse staff, managing workflows, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and strong leadership skills are required for this role.

We're currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our at our New Albany, OH Aromair facility.
Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling while supporting safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals. You’ll supervise and develop warehouse employees, improve processes, and help ensure efficient operations across the department.
