The Production Line Lead oversees daily operations on the filling and packaging line to ensure production goals are met with high quality and safety standards. They are responsible for training team members, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to resolve production issues.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of manufacturing or supervisory experience and familiarity with FDA cGMPs, OSHA safety, and SAP systems. A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, along with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
