The Incentives Assistant manages the loyalty program reward catalog and coordinates the purchase and distribution of rewards to panelists. They also monitor performance KPIs, manage vendor logistics, and collaborate with marketing and data teams to optimize reward offerings.
Candidates must hold a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field with 1 to 2 years of experience in administration or logistics. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, along with fluent Spanish and English skills, is required.
Gestión Operativa: Coordinar la compra y envío de premios (físicos, digitales, donaciones y sorteos).
Logística y Proveedores: Gestionar pedidos, facturas y resolver problemas de entrega con proveedores.
Análisis: Monitorear qué premios gustan más (KPIs) y sugerir mejoras.
Colaboración: Trabajar con Marketing y Datos para entender tendencias y personalizar la oferta.
Formación: Grado en ADE, Comercio, Logística o similar.
Experiencia: 1 a 2 años en administración, compras, logística o atención al cliente (se valora experiencia previa en programas de fidelidad).
Dominio de Excel y sistemas de gestión (ERP).
Nivel fluido de español e inglés.
Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y actitud positiva ante tareas operativas/repetitivas.
Proactividad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos.
Flexibilidad: Modelo de trabajo híbrido.
