Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining production and warehouse equipment while leading the maintenance team. This includes developing preventative maintenance schedules, managing budgets, and overseeing continuous process improvements.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 10 years of maintenance experience in production/packaging, with a preference for 3 years of management experience. Must possess strong technical knowledge of PLC, electrical, and mechanical systems, and a valid CO driver's license.
The Maintenance Manager (working) is responsible for developing and performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and warehouse equipment according to safety, preventive, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. This role maintains tools and machines, and is responsible for leading maintenance systems, overseeing the continuous improvement of maintenance processes, and executing long-term strategic plans. The Maintenance Manager resolves problems as they arise whether directly or by delegating to teams to solve issues.
