The Equipment Engineer supports the Equipment Manager in improving the reliability, utilization, and performance of a heavy construction fleet. Key duties include analyzing maintenance data, troubleshooting equipment issues, and managing procurement and capital projects.

Ragle Inc. is seeking an Equipment Engineer to support our Equipment Division. This position works closely with the Equipment Manager to improve equipment reliability, utilization, performance, and lifecycle management across Ragle's fleet of heavy construction equipment.
The ideal candidate is a motivated engineer with strong mechanical aptitude, analytical skills, and a desire to develop a career supporting heavy equipment and fleet operations within a heavy civil construction environment.
