Manage the order portfolio for strategic customers in the South region to reduce stockouts and ensure timely delivery. Act as the primary regional point of contact, analyzing logistics KPIs and proposing process improvements to maximize service levels.
Requires experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain, preferably within the FMCG or CPG industry. Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel is essential, along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
You will improve value and service to your customers and improve supply chain efficiency. In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers.

- Realizar a gestão completa da carteira de pedidos dos clientes estratégicos da região Sul, com foco em redução de rupturas e garantia de entrega na quantidade solicitada e no menor prazo possível;
- Representar as áreas da MDLZ perante o cliente, sendo o ponto focal regional;
- Realizar visitas às operações logísticas e de entrega do cliente;
- Acompanhar toda a cadeia de abastecimento — do pedido à entrega — monitorando ocorrências (problemas de descarga, devoluções, atrasos) e atuando na resolução ágil junto às áreas envolvidas;
- Fazer interface com diversas áreas internas do cliente, garantindo alinhamento e fluidez nos processos de pedido e entrega, entendendo suas dores e propondo ações conjuntas;
- Atuar como interlocutor principal nas discussões com o cliente, apresentando oportunidades, negociando soluções e conduzindo conversas estratégicas;
- Analisar dados e indicadores de performance logística com senso crítico, interpretando informações para tomada de decisão e elaborando reportes analíticos ao cliente;
- Propor projetos de melhoria de processos e soluções estruturais, com visão holística e integrada entre as áreas.
- Experiência em Customer Service ou na área de Supply Chain;
- Conhecimento em Excel Avançado;
- Conhecimento em Power BI e SAP;
- Diferencial: experiência em empresas de bens de consumo;
- Disponibilidade para atuação em modelo híbrido de trabalho em horário administrativo na região Sul, sendo Paraná e Santa Catarina os pontos focais.
