Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and storage systems to ensure equipment reliability and material availability. Act as the primary liaison between maintenance, engineering, and purchasing to optimize inventory costs and implement engineering changes.
Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CMMS or ERP systems is preferred.
The Maintenance Materials Planner (MRO / Spare Parts Management) is responsible for spare parts inventory management, procurement support, engineering change implementation (ECOs), work instruction development, and maintenance systems administration. This role serves as the primary liaison between Maintenance, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to ensure material availability, accurate documentation, inventory optimization, and equipment reliability.
