Full job description
What if you could architect the programs that propel Amazon's fulfillment business to $1 trillion? We're building a newly created team with that singular mission — and we need a Technical Program Manager who can drive it.
This newly formed team sits at the intersection of Amazon's most ambitious growth vectors for Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). We're targeting the segments with maximum untapped potential: High ASP products, Non-sort inventory, Multi-packs, and other under-penetrated categories that collectively represent hundreds of billions in addressable market. Our charter is to build the tech, mechanisms, and cross-functional execution muscle that unlocks step-function growth across these segments — spanning hundreds of fulfillment centers worldwide and impacting hundreds of billions in annual GMS.
This isn’t “TPM as status-tracker.” This is a TPM as the chief orchestrator of large-scale, cross-functional programs that reshape Fulfilled by Amazon. We’re looking for a force multiplier who uses AI as a superpower to accelerate program delivery, automate decision-making, and drive execution at a pace that matches our ambition. Someone who thinks in systems, communicates with surgical precision, builds mechanisms that scale globally, and delivers programs that move atoms at the speed of bits.
Key job responsibilities Drive Large Cross-Functional Programs • Lead end-to-end program execution for High ASP, Non-sort, and Multi-pack initiatives that expand FBA’s addressable market to $1T • Define and drive cross-functional program roadmaps spanning engineering, science, operations, and business teams to deliver category-specialized fulfillment solutions • Build and own program mechanisms (business reviews, escalation paths, dependency tracking) that ensure on-time delivery of complex, multi-team initiatives across segments with maximum growth potential • Identify and resolve cross-organizational dependencies, remove blockers, and drive alignment across SVP organizations to accelerate speed-to-market for new fulfillment capabilities
AI-First Program Execution • Deploy generative AI and agentic systems to automate program tracking, risk identification, stakeholder communication, and decision-making — AI is not a feature, it’s your operating system • Use AI to 10x program velocity: LLM-powered status synthesis, automated dependency mapping, AI-generated risk assessments, and generative AI for mechanism design and documentation
Cross-Geography, Cross-Organization Impact • Drive program execution across WW geographies (US, EU, CA, IN, JP), each with unique regulatory, operational, and market constraints requiring tailored approaches • Partner directly with senior leaders across multiple SVP organizations • Coordinate cross-functional execution for growth categories to unlock category-specialized fulfillment at global scale
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience - 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 5+ years of software development experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
