The Payroll Consultant is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including reconciliation, bookkeeping, and handling reimbursements. The role also involves providing support to managers and employees while actively contributing to the optimization and efficiency of payroll processes.
The ideal candidate has solid experience with end-to-end payroll processing and strong system understanding, particularly with Excel and payroll software. Candidates should be structured, detail-oriented, and possess knowledge of relevant collective agreements and labor legislation.

Om rollen
Som Payroll Consultant bliver du en central del af vores Payroll-team og får ansvar for lønkørsel fra A–Z samt en række administrative og rådgivende opgaver relateret til løn. Du arbejder struktureret, har styr på detaljerne og formår samtidig at bevare overblikket i en hverdag med faste deadlines. Du trives med en stor kontaktflade til kollegaer og eksterne samarbejdspartnere som pensionsselskaber, SKAT og DI.
Du får mulighed for både at drifte og udvikle - og du spiller en aktiv rolle i optimering af processer og reduktion af manuelle arbejdsgange.
Stilling er på 30 timer og lokaliseret i Tilst.
Om teamet og organisationen
Payroll-teamet består i dag af tre engagerede og ambitiøse kollegaer, der arbejder tæt sammen i et uformelt og professionelt arbejdsmiljø. Vi leverer lønkørsel til ca. 1.100 medarbejdere fordelt på butikker, funktionærer og timelønnede på tre produktionssites.
Payroll-funktionen er en del af People & Culture, med primær arbejdsplads på hovedkontoret i Tilst.
Dine primære opgaver
Lønkørsel fra A–Z (primært i EPOS)
Afstemning og bogføring
Håndtering af refusioner (barsel, sygefravær mv.)
Support og sparring til ledere og medarbejdere vedrørende løn
Optimering og effektivisering af lønprocesser
Bidrag til re-implementering af EPOS
Ad hoc-opgaver relateret til løn
