As our Director & Team Lead in SEO, you will combine strategic leadership, client advisory, and people development with clear influence.
Drive commercial growth and develop the next generation of specialists
In this role, you will take ownership of the bigger picture for both clients and the team. The role is about turning organic search into measurable business value, setting a clear direction for how we work, and making sure your team has the support, priorities, and ambition needed to perform at a high level.
To give you a clear picture of where you’ll spend your time, the role is built around these core responsibilities:
Commercial Leadership: You will play an active role in pitches, identify new business opportunities across existing clients, and ensure the commercial health and growth of the team's portfolio.
Enterprise Strategy & Client Sparring: You will be the strategic anchor for key clients. Your job is to translate SEO performance into real business value for CMOs and important stakeholders, aligning organic search with their broader marketing setups.
Product Development: You will support developing our SEO offering. This means staying ahead of industry shifts, like AI overviews and changing search behaviors, and ensuring our methodologies and tools remain market leading.
Team & people management: You will lead a team of 4 specialists and senior specialists. Your focus will be on high-level coaching, career development, resource allocation, and maintaining a motivating and collaborative team culture.

In this role, you will lead a team of 4 specialists and senior specialists while also collaborating with experienced people across s360. Bringing strategic SEO leadership
You are deeply invested in the dynamics of organic search and always at the forefront of the latest SEO developments. We are looking for someone who can combine deep SEO expertise with commercial understanding and confident leadership.
You will likely recognise yourself in the following qualifications:
SEO & digital marketing expertise: 5+ years of experience within SEO and digital marketing, ideally from an agency environment.
Proven people management: Leadership or mentorship experience from an agency setup, with a demonstrated ability to balance resource allocation, coach senior specialists, and maintain long-term team motivation.
Growth & Pitching: A strong commercial mindset with proven experience in client acquisition, pitching, and organic portfolio growth.
Search Strategist: A strong understanding of how Search Engines and LLMs/AI are changing the search landscape, alongside the ability to adapt client strategies accordingly.
Holistic Commercial Vision: The ability to look beyond SEO to identify broader commercial opportunities that benefit our clients' overall business setup.
Bilingual Executive Communication: Proficiency in English and Danish, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical specialists and C-suite stakeholders with equal clarity.
