You will define and execute the global sales strategy to drive New ARR growth while leading and scaling a high-performing sales organization. This involves managing senior sales leaders, optimizing pipeline generation, and ensuring consistent commercial execution across European markets.
The ideal candidate has 10-15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of scaling organizations across multiple markets. You must possess strong commercial judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to lead senior sales leaders in a fast-paced environment.
At PriceShape, we are looking for a VP New Sales to take ownership of New ARR across Europe and globally. You will be responsible for defining the sales strategy, building and leading a high-performing sales organisation, and creating a scalable operating model that delivers predictable growth.
This is a senior commercial leadership role combining revenue ownership, strategic leadership, organisational design, and commercial execution. You will lead our Head of Sales and Head of Outreach and, through your leadership team, be responsible for building scalable teams that consistently generate qualified pipeline, convert opportunities into customers, and establish PriceShape’s position as the market leader.
You will report to the CRO and work closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and the executive leadership team.
The role can be based in either our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, or our office in Stockholm, Sweden. As the Sales organisation is spread across both locations, the role requires a fair amount of presence and travel between the two offices to ensure close collaboration with the team and strong alignment across markets.
Own and deliver the company's New ARR targets
Translate company growth objectives into regional strategies, sales targets, and organisational plans
Ensure predictable pipeline generation, conversion, and forecasting
Drive commercial initiatives that unlock new revenue opportunities
Monitor business performance through leading indicators, including pipeline coverage, win rates, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy
Lead, Coach and develop the Head of Sales and Head of Outreach to drive strong performance, develop their teams, and deliver against the overall sales strategy
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, execution, and continuous improvement
Design and scale the sales organisation to support ambitious growth across European markets
Ensure consistent leadership practices, performance management, and coaching across teams
Raise the leadership bar through succession planning, talent development, and organisational capability building
Own the outbound pipeline generation strategy across Europe
Ensure the outreach organisation consistently delivers high activity levels and qualified meetings with the right Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
Define activity standards, productivity targets, and quality expectations
Drive continuous optimisation of outbound messaging, targeting, sequencing, and conversion rates in partnership with Marketing and Revenue Operations
Ensure seamless collaboration between Outreach and Sales to maximise meeting conversion and pipeline creation
Define and continuously improve a scalable and repeatable sales operating model
Drive consistent execution of qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
Partner closely with Revenue Operations to optimise processes, reporting, and sales productivity
Collaborate with Marketing and Product to improve positioning, messaging, and commercial execution
Ensure effective collaboration and handoff between Sales and Customer Success to maximise long-term customer value
Ensure teams consistently acquire high-quality customers that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Maintain strong qualification standards across all regions and sales teams
Partner with Product and Marketing to evolve ICPs, market segmentation, and commercial strategy
Balance growth with customer quality to drive long-term retention and sustainable revenue
Own the hiring and development of Heads of Sales and other senior commercial leaders
Build the organisational structure needed to support continued European expansion
Make decisive performance management decisions where necessary
Ensure scalable onboarding, leadership development, and career progression across the sales organisation in partnership with Revenue Operations and P&C
You will be accountable for the commercial performance and organisational development of the New Sales function. Key measures of success include:
New ARR achieved vs. target
Pipeline generated
Pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy
Qualified meetings booked
Outbound activity levels
Win rate
Average deal size and sales cycle length
Customer quality and retention of new customers
Time-to-productivity for new hires
Sales productivity across regions
Leadership bench strength and employee retention
You are an experienced B2B SaaS sales leader who has successfully scaled sales organisations across multiple markets. You combine strong commercial judgement with a structured and analytical approach, and you are comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
You have experience leading leaders, building organisational capability, and creating the structures and operating rhythms needed to deliver predictable growth.
10–15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including leadership of leaders
A proven track record of scaling high-performing sales organisations across multiple markets
Experience leading Heads of Sales or equivalent senior sales leaders
Strong experience driving predictable New ARR growth in a fast-scaling SaaS environment
Experience selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers
Experience within e-commerce and brands
Demonstrated success building scalable sales processes, forecasting, and operating rhythms
Strong commercial judgement with a deep understanding of ICP, segmentation, and revenue strategy
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
Experience building and scaling sales teams across Europe
Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments with significant organisational change
A senior leadership role with significant ownership of PriceShape’s New Sales organisation and growth
