The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high-quality guest experiences and maintaining company standards at Daylene's Supper Club. This includes training and coaching associates, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall food and beverage leadership team.
Candidates must have prior experience in a full-service restaurant and effective English communication skills. Preference is given to those with at least one year of supervisory experience in a hotel or resort setting and relevant food safety certifications.

Restaurant Supervisor
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for exemplifying company standards, behaviors and actions by providing guests with food and beverages served with a fun, friendly, professional, attentive approach that will ensure guest satisfaction beyond expectations; training, developing and coaching associates in all areas of their job role; and completing all necessary administrative duties.
Daylene's Supper Club, a captivating culinary destination nestled on the shores of Lake Delton within the exquisite Dawn Manor Resort. Paying homage to the rich history of Wisconsin supper clubs while infusing a contemporary twist, Daylene's invites you to experience a modern take on classic Wisconsin cuisine.
