The Membership Lead drives club profitability by spearheading sales efforts and managing the end-to-end member lifecycle from onboarding to retention. They are also responsible for leading team development, overseeing club operations, and ensuring a safe, clean environment for all members.
A high school diploma is required, while a college degree in business, retail, or hospitality is desired. Candidates should have prior supervisory experience in a service industry and must obtain CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.

The Membership Lead is a part of our club’s leadership team and is responsible for creating a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for both members and team members. This position focuses on driving the club’s success and profitability through spearheading sales efforts, providing effective leadership, delivering exceptional member service, and managing and controlling expenses. A key responsibility of the Membership Lead role is overseeing the guest experience and serving as the first point of contact for new member prospects. This role will have impact on the entire member lifecycle from the new member onboarding experience to ongoing retention efforts. By fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere, this role contributes to overall member satisfaction and success of the club.

Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently required to walk, stand, and move throughout club facilities and outdoor areas for up to 8 hours per day, and may also sit for extended periods for planning and administrative work. Team members may be exposed to cleaning chemicals, pool chemicals, dust, noise, temperature fluctuations (hot and cold environments), and airborne particles, and will be required to wear designated personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed.
Team members are frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, grip, and operate tools and equipment; reach, push, and pull with arms and hands; occasional climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and to bend and twist, including side-to-side movements. The team member may be required to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds, will often be required to lift, carry, or move 26–50 pounds.
