A high school diploma and one year of bakery experience are preferred, along with a current Food Handler's Permit. Candidates must be able to follow recipes, perform basic math, and handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.

The purpose of this position is to maintain quality standards and product levels of all pastry products in the Bakery in addition to training other Pastry Chefs. This person will be preparing, cooking, mixing, baking, assembling, packaging, labeling, and decorating pastries; ordering, receiving, and storing product; determining production and inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Also requires standing, walking, climbing, and bending throughout the entire workday and the ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds from location to location.
