We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team. This role is ideal for a commis or trainee chef ready to take the next step in their culinary career.
You’ll work alongside experienced chefs, supporting the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes across a variety of sections. You’ll take responsibility for assisting with your own section, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets our high standards of quality and hygiene.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, gain exposure to à la carte dining and large-scale banqueting, and grow within a supportive and professional kitchen environment.
Assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to the highest standards.
Supporting senior chefs in managing a designated section of the kitchen.
Following recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines accurately.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Helping ensure your section is fully prepared and stocked for each service.
Learning and developing skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
Assisting with mise en place, prep work, and kitchen organisation.
Monitoring and minimising food waste.
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Contributing ideas and supporting menu development.
You’ll have a good understanding of kitchen operations and a passion for food. You’ll be eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring energy and enthusiasm to the team.
