Responsible for maintaining the safety, order, and visual appeal of the property, grounds, and equipment. Duties include performing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs, as well as managing work orders and seasonal tasks.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of building maintenance experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory, with EPA certification preferred.
