This position serves as a key liaison between patients, families, and care teams, working collaboratively to address concerns, resolve complaints, and promote a culture of compassion, accountability, and service excellence. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, skilled problem‑solver, and dedicated advocate for patient‑centered care.
Responsibilities:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM. Travel may be required to UPMC Greene at times.
