The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all persons, equipment, and physical property of Mosaic Life Care. They must respond to emergencies, perform foot patrols, and assist caregivers with patient handling and control.
Candidates must pass a rigorous physical fitness test, including running, push-ups, and sit-ups, and obtain written clearance from a physician. Additionally, they must successfully complete a firearm course and pass a mental evaluation to be eligible for the role.
