The representative will proactively contact patients to schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments while educating them on routine care. They are responsible for meeting daily call quotas, documenting interactions accurately, and maintaining high standards of quality and empathy.
Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish and possess previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service. A stable home office setup with specific technical hardware, including a Windows 11 PC and fiber internet, is mandatory.

In this role, you'll proactively contact patients to schedule important preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments. Every conversation you have helps someone take the next step toward better health.
This is a permanent independent contractor opportunity with weekly USD payments and long-term growth potential.
