Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist - Clinical Director to lead our outpatient Physical Therapy clinic in Florence, Arizona. This role combines clinical excellence with operational leadership, overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and managing the clinic's daily operations.
The Physical Therapist - Clinical Director will mentor and support the rehabilitation team, drive patient outcomes, optimize clinic performance, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
