The Assistant Store Manager oversees daily sales floor operations, including opening and closing procedures and staff management. They are responsible for coaching team members, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree in Business Management preferred. At least one year of supervisory experience in cannabis retail is preferred, along with the ability to meet state requirements for cannabis employment.

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to help guide our team, support daily operations, and deliver the exceptional customer experience our brand is known for.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in keeping our sales floor running smoothly. From coaching team members to ensuring compliance and stepping in wherever needed, you'll set the standard for professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence.
On a typical day, you may:
Direct and oversee sales floor operations from opening through closing
Train, coach, and mentor employees on service standards, policies, and procedures
Create and manage daily lunch and break schedules to ensure consistent coverage
Delegate tasks, support staff, and maintain an organized and productive sales floor
Monitor performance and assist with coaching or corrective actions
Address customer and employee concerns quickly, fairly, and professionally
Ensure compliance with all company policies and state cannabis regulations
Step into any sales floor role as needed to maintain service levels
We're seeking a strong communicator and natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and balances team leadership with hands-on support. The ideal candidate is:
Experienced in cannabis retail leadership (1+ year preferred)
Skilled at motivating and guiding staff while modeling professionalism
Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable under pressure
Committed to providing exceptional customer service
Confident in compliance, company policies, and operational standards
High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's degree in Business Management preferred)
At least one year of supervisory experience in cannabis retail preferred
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Must meet all state requirements for cannabis employment (if applicable)
