The Registered Nurse assesses patient responses and implements nursing care plans within an outpatient primary care setting. Responsibilities include delegating tasks to support staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting patient safety initiatives.
Candidates must hold a current Pennsylvania RN license or a multi-state license through the eNLC. A certification in a specialty area is preferred.
The Registered Nurse assesses human responses and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families for whom the nurse is responsible. The Registered Nurse is fully responsible for all actions as a licensed nurse and is accountable to patients for the quality of care delivered. OF Nursing care is delivered in an outpatient setting
