The Admissions Coordinator manages the intake process by conducting clinical assessments and verifying financial eligibility for patients entering recovery. They serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources and families to ensure a seamless transition into the appropriate level of care.
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field, or an Associate/High School diploma with relevant experience in admissions. Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment and proficiency with EHR systems are strongly preferred.

As an Admissions Coordinator at Recovery Centers of America (RCA), you will guide patients, families, and referral sources through the intake process with compassion and clinical insight.
Your work ensures that every patient arrives safely, receives the correct level of care, and feels welcomed and informed from the moment they walk through our doors. By coordinating clinical, medical, and financial needs at intake, you play a crucial role in connecting patients to the treatment they need—and supporting RCA’s mission to save one million lives.
