Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized treatment plans and track their progress. Collaborate weekly with a BCBA for coaching and maintain communication with families.
Candidates must have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Must be at least 18 years old and available to work Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.
This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.
