The Benefits Manager supports participants in applying for and maintaining insurance and benefits while ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. They collaborate with payers, government agencies, and internal leadership to improve access to care and manage patient financial obligations.
An associate degree is required, though a bachelor's degree and Qualified Health Professional (QHP) status are preferred. Candidates need at least two years of experience in billing or benefits enrollment within healthcare or social services.
The mission of Helio Health, Inc. is to promote recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc. the Benefits Manager will provide support to participants to apply for or retain insurance and benefits they are eligible for as well as compliance with any requirements or documentation to maintain coverage.
In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-on incentive of up to $1,500 to $8,000 depending upon credentials!
Pay Rate: $62,400.00 per year
