Remuneration:$42.50 - 54.62 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our Wesley Hospital team
As a Registered Nurse you will be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.
You’ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Demonstrates application of the principles of clinical and workplace risk management.
Applies sound clinical practice which ensures a safe environment and promotes optimal patient health.
Effectively exchanges information regarding patient responses to treatment and nursing care.
Achieves optimum patient care through effective collaboration with other health professionals and coordination of care.
