This position facilitates unit operations by managing patient flow and performing essential front desk duties. Responsibilities include scheduling patients, verifying insurance information, and maintaining patient documentation while ensuring the security of Protected Health Information.
Candidates must have completed a Medical Assistant program and possess at least one year of clinical experience. Proficiency in communication, organization, and medical terminology is required, with certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
This position is responsible for fully performing basic Medical Assistant duties.
