Als Fitness Coach zorg je voor flexibele ondersteuning en een hoogwaardige fitnessbeleving op onze locaties. Je ondersteunt het kernteam van coaches om de dienstverlening naadloos te laten verlopen. Je bent vertrouwd met het instappen in geplande en ad-hoc sessies op korte termijn en levert een motiverende, veilige coaching die participatie, inclusie en positieve resultaten bevordert voor leden en klanten. Samen met de operationele en welzijnsteams ondersteun je de uitvoering van groepsfitnesslessen, 1-op-1 coaching, introducties en basis gezondheidschecks. Je helpt om de normen op het gebied van gezondheid en veiligheid te waarborgen, draagt bij aan een uitstekende ledenervaring en vertegenwoordigt ons merk met een professionele en ondersteunende aanpak.
Voorzien in betrouwbare dekking voor geplande en last-minute fitnesssessies op meerdere locaties, waaronder groepsfitness, personal training en workshops.
Veilige, inclusieve en motiverende coaching bieden, waarbij je de begeleiding aanpast aan de behoeften en mogelijkheden van diverse groepen deelnemers.
Het uitvoeren van leden-introducties, baseline-assessments en basis fitnesschecks volgens de procedures van de organisatie.
Ondersteunen bij activiteiten om klantbetrokkenheid te bevorderen, zodat opkomst, retentie en een positieve ledenervaring worden gestimuleerd.
Onderhouden van normen voor gezondheid & veiligheid, het controleren van apparatuur en het rapporteren van incidenten; operationele issues indien nodig escaleren naar de manager.
Optreden als ambassadeur van Westfield Health Group en waar passend programma’s, partnerdiensten en welzijnsinitiatieven promoten.
Flexibel werken, ook in de vroege ochtenden en avonden; reizen tussen locaties indien nodig om dekking te bieden.
Ondersteunen bij basisadministratieve taken, zoals presentielijsten voor sessies, het verzamelen van feedback en eenvoudige rapportage.
Erkende fitnesskwalificaties (bijvoorbeeld Level 2/3 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer of gelijkwaardig).
Actuele Emergency First Aid at Work (of gelijkwaardig) en kennis/awareness van volwassen safeguarding.
Aantoonbare ervaring met zowel groepsfitness als 1-op-1 sessies in een commerciële, community- of werkomgeving.
Uitstekende sociale vaardigheden en communicatieve kracht, met het vermogen om een breed scala aan deelnemers te motiveren en te betrekken.
Flexibele houding ten aanzien van werktijden en het vermogen om tussen locaties te reizen wanneer dat nodig is.
Klantgericht, georganiseerd en in staat om operationele procedures en bedrijfsbeleid te volgen.
Wenselijk: extra kwalificaties, specialisaties in groepsfitness of ervaring binnen corporate wellbeing-programma’s.
