Department Summary The Psychology department serves over 3,000 students. We offer undergraduate (i.e., B.A. and B.S. Majors in Psychology) and graduate programs (i.e., PhD in Behavioral Sciences, Clinical Psychology, and Counseling Psychology). Our Clinical and Counseling programs are APA accredited. |

Position Overview This position would be responsible for providing administrative support for the graduate student program in the psychology clinic, as well as providing administrative support for client related services. This role would include, but is not limited to, assisting graduate student clinicians in administrative matters, communicating with, checking in, and taking payments from clients, and coordinating with other clinic staff members. Answer phone calls from clients, assist in completing phone screening forms, triage emergency situations, and other duties as assigned. |

Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree and three years of moderately responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. |
