The role requires at least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or software sales development. Candidates must possess strong English communication skills, proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot, and a structured, data-informed approach to prospecting.
Full job description
twoday is one of the leading digital transformation partners in Northern Europe with a global presence. With approximately 3,000 technologists, we collaborate with the most admired private and public organizations to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions. Our deep industry expertise includes Data & AI, software development, digital experiences, and business applications. Operating across the Nordics and Lithuania, our team serves over 8,000 customers and supporting their digital transformation journeys.
Twoday Products is the product-focused division within twoday. It is organised across six business units and several Nordic countries. Digital Identity Management (DIM) is a business unit in the Products division and has approximately 60 employees. DIM’s purpose is to make digital workflows easier and more secure. Its broader value proposition is to help organisations manage digital processes involving signatures, forms, authentication, identity and regulatory compliance.
At twoday Digital Identity Management, we help organisations across the Nordics create secure, compliant and efficient digital workflows.
Our platform brings together solutions for digital signing, authentication, dynamic forms, Know Your Customer processes, secure digital mail and related trust services. We work with public and private organisations where trust, documentation, security and efficiency matter — including municipalities, energy and utilities, real estate-related businesses and regulated industries.
We are a focused business unit of around 60 people, part of a division of 250 and the wider twoday group of 3,000 colleagues. We are now strengthening the commercial engine behind Digital Identity Management across the Nordics.
Across all roles, we are looking for people who are curious, commercially sharp and already using AI tools as a natural part of how they work.
Your mission
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to help build the pipeline for twoday Digital Identity Management across the Nordics.
This is a newly created role and an important part of our broader commercial build-out. You will help create qualified opportunities for our Sales Managers across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland — while also helping shape the BDR processes, messaging and playbooks we will scale from.
The role is primarily focused on booking qualified meetings, but we expect you to bring commercial judgement, curiosity and enough understanding of the customer’s situation to make every handover valuable.
What you will do
Build and manage outbound prospecting across the Nordic market.
Create qualified meetings for Sales Managers across the full Digital Identity Management platform.
Work with target segments such as municipalities, energy and utilities, real estate-related businesses, public sector organisations and regulated industries.
Research accounts, identify relevant stakeholders and tailor outreach to their needs.
Use phone, email, LinkedIn, events, webinars and partner activities to create new opportunities.
Follow up on marketing leads, event leads and partner-driven opportunities.
Use HubSpot to manage activities, pipeline, lead status, reporting and follow-up.
Help build outbound sequences, qualification criteria, CRM workflows and BDR best practices.
Work closely with Sales Managers and Marketing to improve campaign follow-up, lead quality and market feedback.
Use AI tools naturally for account research, message development, prioritisation, preparation and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
At least 3 years of experience as a BDR, SDR or similar sales development profile in B2B SaaS or software.
Experience creating pipeline in a professional B2B environment.
Confidence with cold outreach and multi-channel prospecting.
Strong written and spoken English.
Danish or another Scandinavian language is a strong advantage.
Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
A structured, efficient and data-informed way of working.
Curiosity about digital identity, trust, compliance and secure digital workflows.
A likeable and professional communication style.
Practical experience using AI tools as part of your daily sales workflow.
Ambition to grow into a future Account Executive or other commercial role.
What we offer At twoday Digital Identity Management
You will get the opportunity to help build the BDR function for twoday Digital Identity Management as part of a broader Nordic commercial build-out.
We offer a competitive package, including pension, health insurance, lunch scheme, equipment, phone and internet. A bonus or commission model will be agreed individually.
You will work from our Copenhagen office at Sundkaj in Nordhavn, in fantastic surroundings close to the Sales and Marketing colleagues you will collaborate with every day. You will also be part of an informal but commercially oriented workplace with Friday bars, parties and employee events.
You will join a focused Digital Identity Management business unit with the backing of a large Nordic technology group — and a team that wants to build something ambitious without losing the Nordic way of working.
What can we offer? twoday is located in modern offices in 30 locations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Lithuania. We have a strong and unique social environment with highly engaged employees. If you are the candidate we are looking for, you will have a central role with exciting opportunities to develop in an international and innovative group, with exciting products and services within technology and software. You will also have the flexibility to "jump" and work from one of our headquarters in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, or Vilnius at times.
Diversity & Inclusion Are you not meeting all the requirements listed? Studies have shown that women and other minority groups are less likely to apply for a job if they don't meet every qualification. We're dedicated to build a workplace of diversity and inclusion. If you are excited about this role but your previous experience does not match the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
