Manage the dining room, lounge, and room service operations for a 200+ guest room hotel to ensure a high-quality guest experience. Oversee staff training, scheduling, cash management, and adherence to food safety and brand standards.
Requires a college diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience along with at least 2 years of supervisory leadership in food and beverage. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
