The Assistant Manager is responsible for all shift operations, including cost, inventory, and cash controls. They lead the crew to ensure adherence to standards, maintain store cleanliness, and drive profitability and customer service.
Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying temperatures. Strong communication skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations quickly are required.
