Responsible for the full cycle of HR administration and personnel documentation for up to 150 employees. Serves as the primary point of contact for employee queries and ensures compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Requires a university degree in Business, Labor Law, or HR with over 3 years of experience in a multinational FMCG or consulting environment. Must be proficient in MS Office and 1C:8, with fluency in both Ukrainian and English.
The HR Operations Advisor (Kyiv office) is responsible for local execution of operational HR activities, the key HR point of contact to local employees and support implementation of local projects or initiatives.
