Lead the coffeehouse team to create a welcoming community space while ensuring quality food and beverage standards. Oversee daily operations including cash handling, store safety, and coaching staff on recipe standards.
Requires at least six months of experience in customer-facing roles and six months of experience delegating tasks to others. Must be available for flexible hours including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
